OUR MISSION
Manoir Gouin is one of Quebec’s government-certified retirement homes and a member of the Regroupement québécois des résidences pour aînés. Manoir Gouin proudly belongs to the Gauthier/Gestion Gaudan Inc. family and has been operating since 2005.
We understand the challenges that families face when loved ones are no longer able to live completely autonomously on their own anymore. We strive to provide a welcoming environment that offers our residents a safe place to live that allows them to maintain their independence and privacy for as long as possible while providing assistance where necessary to ensure that they are able to perform all of the activities of daily living.
Gestion Gaudan Inc. has developed over the years an expertise in apartment renting and leasing industry and in 2019 took acquisition of their first senior residence with the purchase of Manoir Gouin.
